Refund Policy

Refund or replacement review is limited to items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order. We do not offer no-reason returns or refunds for preference changes.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or other evidence showing the item, packaging, shipping label, and problem.

Do not send anything back without written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused and are not eligible for reimbursement. After review, we may approve a replacement, partial refund, or full refund to the original payment method as appropriate. Processing time depends on the payment provider.
